Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking compassionate, patient Customer Service Representatives to support policyholders remotely. You will handle life and cancer policy questions, assist with sensitive claims, and provide reassurance with empathy and clear communication.

This full-time role offers paid training, 40 hours per week, and benefits eligibility after 60 days. Work hours are 8:00am–5:00pm (MST), Monday–Friday, with potential shift differential for nights and weekends as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, professional customer service to policyholders
• Assist customers with questions regarding life, cancer, and other insurance policies
• Help initiate and navigate sensitive claims when needed
• Listen carefully and demonstrate empathy during emotional conversations
• Communicate clearly and at a comfortable pace for customers
• Provide accurate information while maintaining a calm and reassuring demeanor
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow established procedures
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality
• Deliver a positive customer experience on every call
