Job summary

Five Star Solutions is looking for compassionate, patient Customer Service Representatives to support policyholders with life, cancer, and other insurance questions from a remote setting.

Starting pay is $14 per hour plus a $1 night/weekend differential, with paid training and benefits eligibility after 60 days. You will listen with empathy, document interactions, and protect confidentiality on every call.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy when assisting customers on sensitive insurance topics.
• Strong listening skills and clear communication.
• Reliable with a consistent schedule.
• Experience in customer service or call center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, professional customer service to policyholders
• Assist customers with questions regarding life, cancer, and other insurance policies
• Help initiate and navigate sensitive claims when needed
• Listen carefully and demonstrate empathy during emotional conversations
• Communicate clearly and at a comfortable pace for customers
• Provide accurate information while maintaining a calm and reassuring demeanor
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow established procedures
