Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking compassionate, patient and dependable Customer Service Representatives for a remote role working with a diverse client base on life, cancer and other insurance policies. You will stay calm, listen carefully, and provide reassurance during sensitive conversations.

The starting pay is $14 per hour with an additional shift differential for nights and weekends, and training typically lasts two weeks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding life, cancer, and other insurance policies.
• Help initiate and navigate sensitive claims when needed.
• Listen carefully and demonstrate empathy during emotional conversations.
• Communicate clearly and at a comfortable pace for customers.
• Provide accurate information while maintaining a calm and reassuring demeanor.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow established procedures.
