Job summary

Unite Us is hiring a Community Strategy Manager to coordinate cross-functional efforts between Customer Success and Sales, standardize processes, and track data in Salesforce. You will enable teams with playbooks, drive adoption with community partners, and measure outcomes across customers and geographies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles (customer success, community engagement, or related).
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and operational skills with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as consultative partner to Customer Success Managers and Sales; support escalation reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation to align onboarding and embed community processes.
• Drive retention and engagement with customers and community partners.
• Foster partnerships with Marketing and Revenue Operations to meet community objectives.
• Maintain SOPs, playbooks, and triage processes; lead weekly escalation reviews.
• Track escalation metrics in Salesforce and monitor adoption across geographies.
• Develop and implement new models to drive user adoption and measure outcomes.
• Support Marketing with community-focused materials and events.
