Pixion Games Limited, a remote-first studio, seeks a Community & Social Media Manager to be the voice of our studio, engaging players across X, Discord, and other channels. You will lead content plans, plan events, and drive community excitement across the ecosystem.

You will also manage a volunteer moderation team, gather feedback, report insights, and help shape our communication strategy while collaborating with game teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a community, social media, or other public communication-related field.
• 2+ years of experience in game development or the web3 industry.
• Experience preparing and supporting a product's community for major updates that affect their experience.
• Strong understanding of community development and management.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities with a consumer-centric focus.

Responsabilités

• Be the voice of the studio and actively participate with our community.
• Develop strategies and content plans to boost engagement and excitement.
• Plan, execute, and report on community events and activities.
• Provide feedback on sentiment to grow and retain players.
• Maintain Pixion's reputation through tone of voice and communication style.
• Engage players across social channels and relay input to the team.
• Create and publish content for social media and community channels.
• Moderate channels and manage a team of volunteer Moderators.
• Assist in livestreams, AMAs, and live-content moderation.
• Define community goals, analyze results, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate to execute the overall communication strategy.
