Bend Studio, part of Sony Interactive Entertainment, is seeking a Community Manager to drive marketing and social strategies for our AAA title. You will embed with the community, amplify player voices, and shape public channels while driving daily engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Community Manager or related field.
• Strong understanding of community and social media engagement in the video game industry.
• Strong collaboration skills with a commitment to positive team culture.
• Ability to act quickly in a fast-paced environment to meet various deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in platforms including Discord, TikTok, X, Instagram, and Twitch.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the community daily through official social channels.
• Stay current with trends to create engaging and original content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Product to execute social strategies.
• Partner with prominent community members.
• Develop strategies to grow social channels and convert members to leaders.
• Moderate player discussions online and escalate issues appropriately.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for players across spaces.
