Qualifications

• Strong written English skills including spelling, grammar, and clarity.
• Experience managing social media platforms, particularly community moderation and audience engagement.
• Availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, overnight hours, and weekends.
• 100% remote position from day one, with the opportunity to work from Canada.
• Exposure to a global, distributed working environment serving audiences across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Moderate and respond to comments and community interactions across clients' social media channels.
• Write thoughtful, engaging social content designed to encourage conversation and strengthen community engagement.
