Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Community & Programming Coordinator to manage day-to-day platform operations, governance, and content development for the Member Engagement Platform. You will collaborate with leadership and editors to ensure timely, accurate information and a trusted member experience.

The role emphasizes governance, data-driven improvements, and cross-team coordination in a fully remote, nationwide setting with travel for go-live support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
• Strong written communication to draft and edit member-facing content.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear value for members.
• Experience supporting community management, content coordination, or digital engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, and related platforms.
• Ability to gather and summarize data to inform decisions.
• Ability to apply governance standards for consistent experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for the platform and community spaces.
• Develop, edit, and publish content aligned with standards and member needs.
• Support moderated discussions, membership processes, and escalation paths.
• Maintain governance processes, templates, taxonomy, and communication practices.
• Manage initiatives and deliverables with strong follow-through.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and resolve workflow questions.
• Analyze engagement data and platform activity to inform improvements.
• Build relationships with subject matter experts to support program success.
