Culinary Care is seeking a Community Relations & Program Manager to expand partnerships with hospitals, restaurants, families affected by cancer, and volunteers. This remote role requires you to be located in Chicago, IL, and will involve coordinating with a team and engaging in events.

You’ll strengthen relationships, oversee program delivery, and help develop a comprehensive impact plan to scale to multiple cities while ensuring meals reach patients in need. Evening/weekend events are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, program management, or other relevant job experience.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

• Developing & maintaining relationships with hospitals and restaurants (locally and nationally).
• Understand patients, programs, and stakeholders to provide meaningful improvement suggestions.
• Collaborate with the Key Relationships Manager to provide meaningful volunteer experiences.
• Develop national partnerships to meet program goals.
• Activate community partnerships to meet program goals within budget.
