Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Associate to serve as the face of our Chicago volunteer events.

You will manage all event logistics from start to finish, transporting donations, setting up spaces, and guiding participants through a meaningful experience. This role fits someone who loves community work, can speak confidently to corporate audiences, and thrives in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• Passion for addressing food waste and food insecurity in Chicago.
• Public speaking to corporate or professional audiences preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly.
• Highly organized with independent logistics management.

Responsabilités

• Transport food donations and event supplies to each event location in Chicago.
• Set up the event space and ensure materials are ready prior to volunteer arrival.
• Lead the opening overview presentation introducing RLC's mission and agenda.
• Guide volunteers through all activities, providing clear instructions and energy.
• Lead volunteers to delivery location and oversee final handoff of food donations.
• Serve as primary point of contact during the event for volunteers and contacts.
• Problem-solve quickly to keep events running smoothly.
• Represent RLC's values and mission with professionalism at every event.
