Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in supervisory or team leadership in healthcare or human services.
• 2+ years in public outreach or external affairs.
• Experience with Medicaid or public sector programs.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within California.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outreach team goals and performance standards.
• Coordinate outreach activities with Provider Outreach, Care Coordinators and case management staff.
• Ensure activities comply with Medicaid regulations and contract performance standards.
• Inform and engage Medicaid members, caregivers, providers, MCOs, LDSS, and community stakeholders.
• Lead statewide community outreach activities that can be performed remotely.
• Read, understand, and adhere to HIPAA and Privacy and Security Rules.
