Qualifications

• Associates degree or 6+ years of relevant experience required.
• 4+ years supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare or social services.
• 2+ years public outreach or external affairs experience.
• Experience overseeing consumer-facing programs and staff.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid and public healthcare delivery.
• Experience with diverse populations and remote team leadership.
• Travel up to 25% within California as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee statewide community outreach plan and staff.
• Coordinate with Provider Outreach, Care Coordinators, and case management.
• Ensure outreach complies with Medicaid regulations and contract standards.
• Inform and engage Medicaid members, caregivers, providers, and stakeholders to access services.
• Maintain team goals and regular performance feedback.
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy rules.
