Qualifications

• Residency in USA/Canada is required.
• Good knowledge of online communities and ability to stay cool under pressure.
• Strong internet connection for fully online duties.

• Understanding of online community platform moderation tools (forums, commenting, content management).
• Knowledge of Udacity's services, targeted audience, and community culture.
• Ability to communicate information and report when needed.
• Good knowledge of customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with non-technical support within the community.
• Organize and maintain the online platform; handle violation posts and ensure members follow guidelines; assist with performance summaries when requested.
• Support forum activities and brainstorm with the Community Manager to increase engagement.
• Attend regular online meetings with Udacity representatives.
• Be responsive in group discussions with Udacity representatives.
• Ensure a fun and engaging learning environment for all members.
