Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Manager in a remote-first role focused on building and owning Jerry’s organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You will craft authentic engagement, develop channel playbooks, and grow trusted communities while aligning with growth and content teams.

A 3+ year track record in community management or organic social is required, preferably in fintech/insurtech or regulated spaces.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social.
• Ability to build systems and playbooks, not just vibes.
• Strong voice across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Experience in fintech/insurtech or consumer-focused regulated spaces.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop playbooks for each community: when to post, when to reply, when to stay silent.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create content and engagement strategies that scale while staying authentic.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams for consistency across channels.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.
