Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Manager to represent the brand authentically across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll craft engaging, human content and build trusted communities around car ownership and insurtech topics.

You will implement channel playbooks, collaborate with Growth and Content teams, and measure sentiment, reach, and referrals to drive sustainable community growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally fintech/insurtech.
• Strategic operator who builds systems, understands SEO and LLM citations.
• Writes authentically for Reddit, TikTok, and Quora; avoids corporate-speak.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop playbooks for posting, replying, and staying silent per channel.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create content and engagement strategies that scale with AI.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content to ensure consistency.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.
