Jerry.ai is seeking a skilled Community Manager to own our organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You will develop tailored playbooks for each community, grow our subreddits into active trustful spaces, and craft scalable content strategies that stay authentic.

We value strategic operators who understand SEO and how LLMS cite sources, with a bias toward long-term organic trust over quick PR wins.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech/insurtech or consumer-facing regulated spaces.
• Strategic operator who builds systems, not just vibes, with understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Ability to make “boring” categories feel human, authentic and worth following.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube and TikTok.
• Develop playbooks for each community: posting, replying, and brand voice.
• Grow subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create scalable content and engagement strategies while preserving authenticity; leverage AI where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure channel consistency.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation metrics.
