Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Manager to represent the brand across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, growing authentic engagement and trust with current and future users.

You will develop playbooks, build vibrant subreddits, collaborate with Growth and Content teams, and measure sentiment and traffic to guide strategy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in community management, a platform-native voice, and a strategic approach to scaling authentic communities.

Qualifications

• Platform-native writer with authentic voice across Reddit, TikTok and Quora.
• 3+ years in community management or organic social.
• Strategic operator who builds systems; understands SEO and LLM citation.
• Makes 'boring' categories feel human and engaging.
• Patient, long‑term thinker; values organic trust over fast PR.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok—the places our customers congregate.
• Develop a playbook for how to show up in each community: when to post, when to reply, when to stay silent.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Build a content and engagement strategy that scales without losing authenticity, leveraging AI where it helps.
• Work with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across channels.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.
