Jerry.ai is hiring a Community Manager to represent Jerry across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, building authentic value for our users and communities. You will craft strategies that grow trust and organic reach, working with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistent voice across channels.

You’ll thrive in a platform-native role, translating insights into scalable playbooks and metrics that matter for brand sentiment and referrals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer facing and/or regulated category.
• Platform native with a tone that earns upvotes and works across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
• Strategic operator who builds systems and understands SEO and LLM citations.
• Proven ability to make complex categories feel human, authentic, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop playbooks for posting, replying, and when to stay silent in each community.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create content and engagement strategies that scale while preserving authenticity.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams for consistent messaging across channels.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.
