Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to represent the brand across Reddit, Quora, YouTube and TikTok. You will craft authentic, value-driven interactions and grow our user communities with a human voice.

You’ll build playbooks, scale engagement, and partner with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. The role emphasizes trust, long-term relationships, and regulatory awareness.

Formación

• 3+ years in community management or organic social.
• Experience with fintech, insurtech, or consumer-facing regulated categories preferred.
• Ability to build authentic, engaging on-brand conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube and TikTok.
• Develop a playbook for showing up in each community and posting strategy.
• Grow Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create a scalable content and engagement plan while preserving authenticity.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams for consistency.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and citations.
