Job summary

Cantina is seeking a skilled Social Community Manager to lead our Reddit presence and other text-based channels. This fully remote contract role offers 20–40 hours per week at $30/hour, with you providing your own devices.

You will own community growth, moderation, and content strategy, producing engaging posts, interactive discussions, and weekly analytics to inform audience development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience growing Reddit and online communities.
• Familiarity with Discord and Twitter platform engagement.
• Strong written communication and community management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and strategically grow our Reddit community through engaging content, active moderation, and proactive user interactions.
• Develop and implement growth tactics designed to convert Reddit engagement into direct on-boards.
• Provide community management support across Reddit and additional text-based platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and tone.
• Identify and execute platform-specific community-building strategies tailored to diverse audience behaviors.
• Produce weekly analytics reports highlighting engagement metrics, trends, and actionable insights for audience development.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously refine content and community engagement strategies.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and information related to AI.
• Proactively integrate innovative tools and methodologies into our community management practices.
