Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking an Associate Improvement Advisor to support community health initiatives across Idaho and the Pacific Northwest. This remote role focuses on coordinating projects, scheduling, documentation, and effective partner communications in Idaho, Washington, or Oregon.

The candidate will develop skills in meeting facilitation, quality improvement coaching, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to health outcomes and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, recurring deadlines, and high-volume administrative workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using virtual meeting and collaboration platforms such as Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project coordination, operational activities, implementation tasks, and project tracking.
• Maintain project records, documentation, action-item trackers, deliverable schedules, and internal tracking systems.
• Monitor project timelines, recurring deadlines, and implementation milestones to help ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Prepare reports, meeting materials, reminders, correspondence, and other project resources.
• Assist with workflow documentation, process standardization, and operational improvements.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to project teams across multiple community health initiatives.
• As experience grows, assist with meeting facilitation, partner technical assistance, and quality improvement coaching.
