Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a Senior Improvement Advisor to lead complex quality improvement and population health initiatives across Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. The role involves collaboration with clinics, hospitals, and community organizations to improve access and outcomes.

You will mentor teams, facilitate learning collaboratives, and serve as a trusted advisor to partners, enabling sustainable improvements in health care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health care, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in health care with quality improvement work.
• 3+ years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience providing technical assistance, facilitation, consulting, or coaching.
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and population health.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex quality improvement, community health, and population health initiatives.
• Act as strategic advisor to health care providers, organizations, and partners.
• Design and implement quality improvement strategies and evidence-based interventions.
• Support clinical workflows, care coordination, and referral processes.
• Evaluate performance and develop sustainable solutions to improve outcomes.
• Mentor and coach Improvement Advisors and project teams.
• Track and communicate project activities, measures, and lessons learned.
