Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking an Improvement Advisor to support quality improvement and population health initiatives across Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. You will collaborate with outpatient clinics, hospitals, and community partners to expand access to evidence-based programs and strengthen care coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health care, or related field.
• Four+ years of experience in health care, including quality improvement.
• Two+ years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, health care terminology, and clinical workflows.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, coaching, and technical assistance to health care providers and partners.
• Design and implement quality improvement strategies.
• Evaluate clinical workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support organizations in developing sustainable improvement plans and measuring progress.
• Build organizational capacity through education and hands-on support.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with outpatient clinics, hospitals, and community organizations.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage QI and community health projects from implementation through evaluation.
