• Platform native with a dislike of corporate-speak; write in a way that earns upvotes across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
• Strategic operator who builds systems; understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels (Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok).
• Develop playbooks for each community: when to post, reply, or stay silent.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities; scale content and engagement with authenticity.
