• Strong written communication and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Jerry’s Reddit presence across official and community spaces, and drive brand authority.
• Define a clear Reddit voice: when to offer technical advice, drop memes, or lurk without interrupting.
• Create high‑effort, informative text posts, deep‑dive guides, and visual breakdowns on car ownership topics.
• Respond transparently in threads to turn negative posts into trust-building moments.
• Track metrics like Karma growth, sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic.
• Feed Reddit insights back to Product and Content teams.
