Job summary

Nurp is seeking an Organic Social Media Manager to own and grow our organic presence across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Facebook). You will craft platform-native content, manage communities, and tie engagement to pipeline revenue in a fully remote role within a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will develop monthly strategies, collaborate with the content team, maintain daily community management, and ensure content complies with financial marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on organic social media management for a brand with measurable impact.
• Demonstrated ability to edit, script and produce short-form video content independently.
• Working fluently with platform analytics platforms to measure full-funnel pipeline and leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop platform-native content pillars and monthly calendars for each channel.
• Publish 4–5 short-form videos per week across Reels, TikTok, and Shorts; 3–4 LinkedIn/X posts per week; daily community touchpoints.
• Create clear, credible copy in Nurp's voice for all content.
• Oversee daily community interactions and respond within 24 hours across platforms.
• Build weekly dashboards tracking reach, engagement, followers, leads, and booked calls.
