Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Community Engagement Program Assistant in Rockville, MD. This role primarily remote with 3-4 days onsite per month, supporting the Community Engagement Team with admin and project tasks, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communications.

You will maintain program documentation, assist with data collection and reporting, help with social media content, and support outreach across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Administrative support experience in a professional team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings, and organizing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and calendar maintenance.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders by email, phone, and text.
• Maintain organized schedules for meetings, events, activities, and community engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative and project support to the Community Engagement Team.
• Monitor, collect, organize, and maintain program documentation and data.
