Job summary

Caselle Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee the delivery of ERP solutions for municipal clients from a hands-on, project-lifecycle perspective.

You will guide day-to-day execution, maintain schedules, and coordinate with systems and technical staff to meet client expectations. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of PM experience in software environments, familiarity with ERP implementations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of project management, coordination, or related software/tech role.
• Foundational understanding of ERP systems or enterprise software implementations.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or PSA).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable leading client meetings and status reports.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem identification and resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project execution for concurrent ERP implementation projects of standard complexity.
• Build and maintain project schedules, task lists, and status reports using PSA tooling and templates.
• Coordinate with System and Technical Consultants to ensure deliverables are on time.
• Facilitate weekly status meetings with clients; prepare agendas and capture action items.
• Track milestones, risks and issues; elevate blockers to senior leadership as needed.
• Monitor scope and flag potential changes; assist in Change Order documentation.
• Maintain project documentation including meeting notes and decisions logs.
• Support change management by communicating timelines and expectations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring challenges and proposing solutions.
