Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with goals and priorities.
• Coordinate internal and external communication plans for programs and initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and proofread emails, newsletters, presentations, and website content.
• Prepare executive communications, announcements, and leadership messages.
• Coordinate messaging across departments and leadership.
• Manage digital channels, intranet, newsletters, and virtual communications.
• Monitor engagement metrics and report on communication effectiveness.
• Support organizational change communications and employee engagement.
