Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, internal communications, PR, content development, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and content-development abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple communication projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience working with remote teams and virtual communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
• Coordinate communication plans for internal programs, changes, projects, and initiatives.
• Ensure messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with standards.
• Draft, edit, and proofread emails, announcements, newsletters, presentations, reports, and website content.
• Create materials for employees, clients, partners, leadership, and external audiences.
• Adapt messaging to different audiences and channels while maintaining brand voice.
• Support internal communications related to initiatives, policies, and updates; prepare executive communications.
• Coordinate external communications with clients, vendors, partners, and leadership; ensure timely messaging.
• Manage digital communication through email, intranet, newsletters, and collaboration platforms.
• Research industry trends and gather information from stakeholders to develop accurate communications.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Technology, Finance, and leadership.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, briefing materials, and leadership communications.
• Monitor engagement metrics and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Support organizational change with communication materials and change management activities.
