• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• 3–5 years of communications, marketing, digital engagement, or public relations experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing and implementing social media strategies.
• Ability to plan and execute integrated cross-channel campaigns with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing, content management systems, and analytics.
• Self-motivated with ability to work remotely within a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the communications calendar and coordinate across programs, development, and partnerships.
• Write, edit, publish content across web, email, social, newsletters, blogs, and collateral.
• Draft executive remarks with coordination from the Strategic Communications Consultant.
• Maintain workflows for timely approvals and publications.
• Collaborate across departments to translate priorities into audience-focused messaging.
• Track communications metrics and report on performance for grants and programs.
