Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Committee Coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support for Safety and Compliance Committee activities. The role ensures compliant governance, detailed documentation, and secure communication with HRSA, contractors, and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Committee Operations Leads, you will manage rosters, maintain records, coordinate meetings, and deliver timely documentation while adhering to established processes and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, committee coordination, or project management.
• Experience in healthcare processes, compliance, or governance activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting and maintaining committee procedures, structures, and manuals.
• Provide full administrative and technical support for virtual committee meetings, including scheduling and distributing materials.
• Draft detailed meeting documentation and slides with stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit meeting minutes and de-identified summaries for public posting.
