Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Project Engineer, Commissioning to support the Commissioning & Building Analytics team. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders across design, pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases, ensuring adherence to ASHRAE, CSA and LEED requirements.

You will lead commissioning activities, develop plans and specs, perform field tests, review drawings, and manage project schedules while traveling up to 50% to client sites

Qualifications

• Recognized university technical degree or equivalent (Engineering Degree preferred).
• Strong data management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple project schedules.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites across the USA.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, review, and execute commissioning-related projects with technical excellence.
• Liaise with team members, consultants, and contractors to lead cross-functional teams.
• Develop Commissioning Plans and Specifications and manage project schedules.
• Conduct site visits and manage start-up/test forms and functional tests.
• Perform design drawing and specification reviews, and submittal reviews.
• Chair Commissioning Meetings and use calibrated testing equipment in commissioning.
• Test HVAC and building management, lighting controls, and power systems.
• Develop and maintain an Issues Log and execute seasonal/performance tests.
