Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Project Engineer, Commissioning to support the CBA team across the USA. You will oversee commissioning activities, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure quality deliverables from design through post-construction.

The role requires practical experience with ASHRAE, CSA, LEED standards, and electrical/mechanical systems. Willingness to travel up to 50% and potential international travel are expected.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple project schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, review, and execute all facets of commissioning-related projects providing exceptional technical and field activities.
• Liaise with team members, outside consultants, and contractors to lead cross-functional teams on various projects.
• Develop Commissioning Plans and Specifications while jointly managing commissioning projects and schedules.
• Conduct field-based commissioning activities including site visits, start-up/test forms, and execution of Functional Test scripts.
• Perform design drawing & specification reviews and shop drawing reviews.
• Chair Commissioning Meetings and use calibrated testing equipment in the process.
• Test HVAC&R systems, building management/automation systems, plumbing, lighting controls and power systems.
• Develop, track, and resolve issues using an Issues Log and seasonal/performance tests.
