Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Commissioning Program Director for remote work with ~30% travel to project sites. Lead commissioning programs for large mechanical construction projects, coordinating with project teams, clients, engineers, and subcontractors from planning through turnover.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in mechanical construction or commissioning, with strong knowledge of HVAC/mechanical systems and the ability to guide multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading commissioning programs for large mechanical construction projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate with project teams, clients, engineers and subcontractors.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning programs across large-scale mechanical construction projects.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with Project Managers, Superintendents, engineers, owners, and subcontractors.
• Establish commissioning processes and ensure projects are prepared for testing and turnover.
• Travel to project sites approximately 30% of the time.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams during commissioning.
