Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Director of Medical Information to lead strategy, operations, and governance for COMP360 and future assets. You will build scalable MI capabilities, oversee content, vendor relations, and cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal.

Remote in the United States; you will drive analytics, improve service delivery, and mentor a high-performing MI team in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced medical degree required and proven experience in Medical Information or related field.
• Strong communication, scientific writing, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience leading a cross-functional MI organization in biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and governance of Medical Information for COMP360 and future assets.
• Oversee content development, review, and lifecycle management of MI documents and medical content.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial to align scientific messaging.
• Manage vendors, call centers, and MI systems to ensure compliant, timely responses.
• Build and mentor a high-performing MI team and optimize metrics and analytics.
