Job summary

Jubilant Radiopharmacies is seeking an experienced Manager, Commercial & Clinical Trainer to architect and deliver comprehensive training across Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Commercial Operations, and other stakeholders. You will lead onboarding, product education, clinical training, and field effectiveness initiatives to uplift commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, Education, Training & Development or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial training strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead onboarding programs that accelerate new hire readiness and success.
• Create and deliver product, clinical, reimbursement, and sales training programs.
• Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains current, accurate, and relevant.
• Design learning experiences focused on consultative selling, customer engagement, account planning, and territory management.
• Support product launches and strategic commercial initiatives through targeted training programs.
• Develop and maintain instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and digital learning content.
• Drive adoption of CRM systems, sales tools, and commercial processes through effective training.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, and performance analytics.
• Evaluate and implement innovative learning technologies and AI-enabled training solutions.
• Collaborate across commercial, clinical, compliance, regulatory, and HR teams to build organizational capability.
