You will translate complex data into actionable insights to improve revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and competitive positioning. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in commercial strategy, corporate strategy, finance, business analytics, consulting, or customer business management.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, manufacturing, cloud, AI infrastructure, or supply chain businesses.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial growth strategies, market-entry plans, and account expansion initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead market, customer, competitor, and financial analyses to identify growth opportunities, pricing optimization, and portfolio improvements.
• Create executive dashboards, KPIs, forecasting models, and business performance reviews using BI and financial tools.
• Partner with Sales on pricing strategies, customer proposals, contract business cases, and commercial negotiations.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews, executive steering committees, and Board-level presentations with compelling, data-driven storytelling.
• Lead cross-functional commercial programs, coordinating Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Engineering, and Sales to meet milestones.
• Monitor revenue, margin, backlog, inventory exposure, and profitability; recommend corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop ROI models, scenario analyses, and investment recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Mentor team members and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
