Job summary

Imagen Technologies seeks a Commercial Strategy and Analytics Associate to lead demand planning and customer value analytics within a remote-first setting. You will define macro volume trends, analyze outcomes from Imagen’s AI-enabled radiology practice, and drive scalability projects to sustain rapid growth.

Your work will inform capacity planning, revenue forecasting, and strategic marketing, with collaboration across analytics teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in high-caliber business environments including investment banking, private equity, consulting, or high-growth startups.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare landscape, and able to translate Imagen’s value proposition into tactical outcomes for primary care / multispeciality / health system customers.
• Strong quantitative thinking and analysis skills to break down and solve complex problems.
• Experience working with large data sets and advanced analytics (e.g., advanced Excel modeling).
• Experience leveraging LLMs to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and build lightweight internal tools.
• Track record of independently managing a range of work streams or projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm, curiosity, and ownership mentality.
• Prior experience working with fee-for-service (FFS) and capitated claims data preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and analytics projects to support Imagen growth.
• Provide leadership with clear, actionable insights on demand trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with customer analytics counterparts to collect and analyze outcomes data for internal/external stakeholders.
• Develop processes and tools to enable repeatable customer value analytics projects across customers.
