Arkansas Talent Group, in partnership with a FinTech firm, seeks a Commercial SBA Loan Closer. This remote-friendly role handles the full loan closing process for SBA and conventional loans, coordinating closings, preparing complex documents, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Formación

• High school degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years experience in a financial institution.
• 1+ years Commercial SBA loan closing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of loan products, policies and procedures per bank/state/federal rules.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• High attention to detail and ability to evaluate problems.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficient with MS Office and departmental software.

Responsabilidades

• Process loan files to meet required criteria promptly.
• Prepare documentation for commercial and SBA loans, renewals, modifications, and related items.
• Coordinate closings with borrowers, title companies and attorneys.
• Ensure all loan documents are complete, accurate and properly filed.
• Review and prepare required documentation for SBA loans.
• Track loan volumes and provide pipeline data.
• Complete UCC and other legal filings timely.
• Maintain knowledge of government guaranty programs and procedures.
• Adhere to state/federal regulations and bank policies, including BSA/FAA requirements.
