Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5+ years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis.
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis
• Strong analytical and communication skills in a client-facing role
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Radar, etc.
• ACAS preferred and experience with pricing for Commercial Auto or MGA/Programs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support commercial auto pricing, including individual account pricing and portfolio-level analyses.
• Conduct actuarial analysis using appropriate data sources and assumptions to develop pricing recommendations.
• Document methods, data sources and rationale for pricing decisions clearly.
• Prepare actuarial findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, finance, claims) to provide pricing support.
