Job summary

Mobilitas is seeking a Commercial Pricing Actuary (Mobility) to support auto pricing and portfolio analyses. This remote role welcomes candidates across the United States, with Hawaii and Alaska excluded. The ideal candidate will perform actuarial analyses, document methods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Level V or IV-V considered; FCAS preferred. Strong communication and market knowledge are essential, with mentoring duties for junior staff.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area plus 7+ years of post-bachelor experience
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area plus 3 years of experience
• Strong analytical and client-facing communication skills
• Understanding of market landscape and proficiency in statistical analysis

Responsibilities

• Support commercial auto pricing, including individual account pricing and portfolio analyses
• Conduct actuarial analyses by selecting data sources and making pricing recommendations
• Document assumptions, methods and sources for technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with product, finance and claims teams
