Job summary

INSHUR is seeking a Pricing Actuary Contractor for a ~3 month, part-time role (about 20 hours per week) with remote work across the US and UK. You will own bespoke risk assessment and experience rating for our largest commercial auto accounts, collaborating with underwriting to price complex risks accurately as we expand.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering bespoke risk assessments and experience rating for large commercial accounts (commercial auto or general liability preferred).
• Ability to clean, prep and extract insights from imperfect data.
• Proven ability to partner with underwriters to translate risk into pricing.

Responsibilities

• Drive bespoke pricing for large commercial auto submissions ($500k+ premium).
• Collaborate with underwriters to reflect risk characteristics in pricing.
• Upgrade and maintain large account pricing templates and models.
• Analyze loss trends and benchmarks to inform pricing strategy.
