Job summary

Mobilitas is seeking a Commercial Pricing Actuary (Mobility) to contribute as a remote pricing professional across the United States. The role welcomes level IV–V candidates and focuses on commercial auto pricing, portfolio analyses, and impactful modeling.

As a consultant, you will coordinate analyses for insurance rating, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with product, finance, and claims teams to deliver vetted pricing recommendations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5+ years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis.
• Or graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 3 years of experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Radar, etc.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial auto pricing, including individual account pricing and portfolio-level analyses.
• Conduct actuarially sound statistical analyses and develop pricing recommendations.
• Evaluate work and document assumptions, methods, sources clearly.
• Prepare actuarial findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actuarial support.
• Keep up with industry developments and actuarial methods.
