Ceribell is seeking a Commercial Strategy & Operations Director to partner with the SVP, owning 2-3 high-priority programs over the next 2–3 years. The role spans product, GTM, sales, marketing and analytics to drive patient impact and revenue growth in a fast-growing medical device environment.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in top-tier consulting, 1+ years leading teams, 2+ years in commercial/product initiatives, and 2+ years in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in top-tier management consulting focused on transformation and implementation.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of commercial or product initiatives.
• 2+ years in medical device, pharma, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Own 2-3 priority programs with high revenue impact for 2-3 years.
• Develop strategy, analytics, KPIs, and reporting for top programs.
• Lead operating cadence and optimize program execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, product, GTM, and marketing.
