Job summary

Elevar Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Operations Manager to build and scale the operational infrastructure supporting commercial readiness and potential U.S.

launch. You will partner with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure tools, data, reporting, and processes enable effective execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations, sales operations, or related business function.
• Oncology and successful launch experience highly preferred.
• Experience supporting CRM, reporting, data management, dashboards, project trackers, and vendor coordination preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM, BI tools, or project management tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Support launch readiness activities, commercial workplans, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Coordinate commercial operations workstreams: field operations, CRM support, data management, reporting, incentive compensation tracking.
• Ensure materials quality through MLR initiatives and quality checks.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and business review materials for visibility into performance and risks.
• Support CRM and related systems with user coordination, data quality checks, training logistics, and adoption.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors.
