Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience, ideally around the 5th year level.
• Experience handling complex business disputes and sophisticated motions and discovery work.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing and analytical skills.
• Stable employment history and interest in a long-term move from a larger firm to a boutique.
• Licensed and in good standing in California

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a broad range of commercial litigation matters for business-focused clients.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with partners and prepare matter plans aligned with client objectives.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery materials on complex business disputes.
• Participate in court appearances, depositions, mediations and key client meetings as appropriate.
• Play a visible role in the continued growth of the litigation practice and client relationships
