Team Focus Insurance Group seeks an experienced Call Center Underwriter II – Commercial Lines to support a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts from a remote setting. You will underwrite endorsements, handle certificates, and respond to inquiries with accuracy and customer focus.

The role emphasizes technical precision, strong communication, and collaboration, with opportunities for growth, training, and advancement. Remote/hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

• P&C license active; able to obtain multi-state licensing.
• Experience in commercial lines underwriting or servicing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and process commercial lines endorsements within authority levels.
• Review and manage complex or high-profile accounts.
• Issue certificates of insurance and endorsements per requirements.
• Respond to policyholder and agent inquiries via phone and email.
• Manage workflow from emails and calls; ensure timely documentation.
• Support policy renewals and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Mentor peers; provide coaching and share best practices.
• Assist with audits and process improvements; uphold SLAs.
