Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business. You will assist the lead servicer, set up and maintain client accounts in EPIC, and generate standard communications to clients and carriers.

The role requires 0–2 years in Commercial Property & Casualty, and a Property & Casualty license or progress toward one. A HS Diploma or equivalent is required, with strong MS Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supports lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business to meet client needs.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance, etc.
• Endorse policy in EPIC
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team member
• Order loss runs
