Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage
• Active property & casualty licensing required
• CIC designation preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure retention and growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and no omissions.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Monitor renewals, expirations and submissions; prepare proposals.
• Oversee accounts receivable and delinquent balances.
• Communicate workload status clearly with the account team.
